CMS Re-Enrollment

TMHP is making it easier to complete your Medicaid re-enrollment online. Effective April 26, 2015, the provider enrollment process will be enhanced, allowing you to upload supporting documents and sign your enrollment agreement electronically (e-sign). The online enrollment application will also have expanded error messages and text within the application that explains how to use these two new features.
