MHS is making an important change to the way you access members’ behavioral health information online. Effective June 22nd, you will now access both medical and behavioral health information from one singular secure portal account. You will no longer need to access the behavioral health portal through

If you currently have a portal account with MHS that you access from, behavioral health information will automatically appear after June 22nd.  No action is required on your part.

If you do not have a portal account through, you will need to create one. Signing up is easy – simply visit and follow the prompts. You will receive confirmation when your account has been approved.

Not sure if you need a portal account? Did you know through the portal you can:

  • Check member eligibility
  • Submit and manage claims
  • Submit and view prior authorizations
  • View member gaps in care
  • Manage multiple accounts
