Web Portal Training Announcement – January 2016

Cenpatico is pleased to offer two, topic-specific webinar series: (1) Web Claims Training; and (2) Web Authorizations Training on the secure web portal for all Cenpatico providers. In addition to basic portal navigation, the training will include how to access ICD-10-related information. Webinar topics will include, but not limited to:
- Web Claims – Submission (including secondary claims), Tracking & Correction
- Web Authorizations – Submission, Tracking, & Viewing Processed Authorizations
