Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Benefit Expansion

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is pleased to announce that the Substance Use Disorder Benefits (SUD) will be extended to the standard Medicaid population beginning July 1, 2016. Medicaid recipients in the state’s Fee-for-Service plan and Managed Care Plans will be eligible for the full array of SUD services previously offered only under the Alternative Benefit Plan (ABP).
