Roster Update Notice

Cenpatico recently notified you of a requirement to submit the Rendering Provider in Box 24J on a CMS-1500 claim form. The notification also requested provider rosters.
Cenpatico has made a decision to revert back to billing requirements prior to the requested Sept. 1, 2015 changes. This was a result of additional research, as well as, input and questions received from our provider community.
Effective immediately, YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED to submit the Rendering Provider NPI in Box 24J on a CMS-1500 claim form. You should submit claims as you were prior to September 1, 2015.
