Notification Contracted with Aperture Credentialing, LLC

Cenpatico and Managed Health Services (MHS) have contracted with Aperture Credentialing, LLC, a credentialing verification organization (CVO). They will be doing primary source verification of your credentials on behalf of Cenpatico and MHS. Therefore, you may receive requests from Aperture for additional information in order to complete the credentialing or recredentialing process.
Aperture is the largest CVO in the nation and they are 100% compliant with NCQA, CMS and state-driven requirements. We look forward to Aperture helping us streamline the credentialing process for you!
