We are dedicated to providing quality services and programs that improve the lives of our members. The Cenpatico® Quality Improvement program utilizes the principles of Continuous Performance Improvement (CPI). This approach allows us to implement focused, rapid improvement interventions that are data driven and member focused.

We embrace a culture of quality across the organization. The systematic approach to the use of industry standard quality metrics allows for creative, targeted initiatives designed to continually drive performance and improve member outcomes.

Cenpatico® achieved full accreditation by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), an industry standard of excellence, as a Managed Behavioral Health Organization in July 2010 and has maintained accreditation through 2013 and 2016.
