• Batch Claims and Adjustments are Here! Cenpatico is deploying the first of several upgrades to our Secure Provider Portal functionality on Sept. 23, 2011. The tools you know are still there but we’re simplifying in an effort to make them better for you. All participating Cenpatico providers will now be able to submit Batch Claims via the web as well as make Claims Adjustments. There is a newly updated Secure Provider Portal User Manual that will assist you in navigating these changes. It is located under the Resources tab.
• Attention Providers! Effective February 1, 2011, Cenpatico, in association with InterQual, will begin enforcing new Medical Necessity Criteria for Behavioral Health. To see answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) regarding the change, please click here.
