Our Members

Member Directed Care

At Cenpatico®, we work with the whole person, not just their illness, to instill hope for recovery. Members participate in directing their treatment, and each plan is customized to reflect individualized goals. We believe that everyone can recover, and we work to help our members take an active, informed role in their health choices.

Many members have co-occurring mental and physical health conditions. Cenpatico® partners with health plans to coordinate integrated treatment of physical and behavioral health conditions. Our staff helps individuals and families learn about these conditions and how to get needed care.

Cenpatico® manages behavioral health benefits for multiple adult populations; we serve adults with Severe Mental Illness (SMI), adults with co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders, and adults with co-occurring mental and physical health conditions.

Our clinical and member services teams deliver information and support for adult members respectfully, and with an attention to the needs of each individual. We offer flexible care coordination and utilization management programs to help bridge the gap in care planning and resource management. Our goal is to help members overcome fundamental barriers to recovery such as housing, transportation, and employment.

Cenpatico® is committed to empowering seniors to direct their recovery and to achieve an optimal level of wellness. We do this by facilitating timely and appropriate services and supporting adherence to medication and treatment guidelines. We work directly with seniors to help them overcome barriers that may prevent them from accessing services and community resources.

Cenpatico® is a pioneer in providing innovative services for families, children, and adolescents, such as those with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (IDD), Severe Emotional Disturbances (SED), and co-occurring physical and behavioral health conditions.

Youth suffering from behavioral health issues may have behavior problems at home and in school. Our staff reaches out to families to help them navigate the system and offer other assistance, such as transportation, help finding childcare, and community resources.

Our clinical focus and our passion for serving people makes the difference for our members.
