Cenpatico is pleased to announce the Secure Provider Portal web authorization submissions will be enhanced in order to streamline the web authorization process. The enhancement is tentatively effective August 21, 2015. This new functionality supports web authorization submissions via mobile devices. Cenpatico will be offering dedicated webinar training for this new functionality. Please note the following changes were made to the CMS 1500 online claim screen in the Cenpatico Secure Provider Portal effective May 15th, 2015. These changes will align and assist with the 10/01/15, implementation of ICD-10 and ensure compliance with claims submissions. Please review the document below for more details.
Effective February 1, 2015, CeltiCare Health will no longer be offering Commonwealth Care health insurance coverage. The State of Massachusetts has discontinued this line of health insurance; and on January 31, 2015, all members enrolled in CeltiCare Health’s Commonwealth Care plan will have their coverage terminated.
