Cenpatico is pleased to offer web claims training webinars on the secure web portal for all Cenpatico providers. Secure Provider Portal Update

Please note the following changes were made to the CMS 1500 online claim screen in the Cenpatico Secure Provider Portal effective May 15th, 2015. These changes will align and assist with the 10/01/15, implementation of ICD-10 and ensure compliance with claims submissions. Please review the document below for more details.

Provider Transition of Care Letter

Effective January 1, 2014, Cenpatico Behavioral Health, LLC, (Cenpatico) has expanded our services to manage the behavioral health benefits, authorization processes, utilization management and claims payment for MassHealth CarePlus members enrolled with CeltiCare Health Plan of Massachusetts, Inc. It is the goal of Cenpatico to continue to partner with local providers to make the transition as efficient as possible.

Cenpatico has adopted a “transition period” beginning on the date of each member’s eligibility for up to 30 days after. What this means is that you can continue providing covered behavioral health services, for up to 30 days, to any CeltiCare Health member already in your care prior to their effective date with CeltiCare, regardless of your participation status in Cenpatico’s Massachusetts provider network.
