Erik Ryan MA, M.ed. VP Educational Services: Erik oversees the development, implementation, and marketing of programs that address the academic, behavioral, and social challenges of children with special needs. He markets and develops services to school districts and children’s behavioral health networks in order to initiate, implement, and maintain service contracts and works with Cenpatico and affiliated Business Units on strategically integrating school-based services into larger Health Care and Behavioral Health Care Contracts. Erik also provides consultation services to public school districts on topics related to positive and effective behavior supports and interventions.

Kelly Freudenthal Director of School Operations: Kelly has been a part of Cenpatico School Products since 2000. Starting as a teacher she has been on the front lines of working with kids and their families. She has also developed training programs for current behavioral managment programs and provided ongoing training staff members including teachers, paraprofessionals, behavior coaches, and feeder districts. She develops and oversees data collection processes of behavior outcomes, attendance, incident reports, and recovery data. She also has oversight and managment of four private day treatment programs that address the academic, behavioral, and social challenges of children with special needs.

Kathleen Sullivan LCSW Director of Clinical Services & Behavioral Programming: Kathleen has over 20 years experience in the behavioral health field She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Associate Substance Abuse Counselor (LASAC) in state of Arizona with extensive clinical experience as a program therapist including In-Home, Wrap-around, School based, Medical Social Work, Crisis Mobile Teams, and family/individual/group therapy. She has an extensive background in development, implementation and programmatic enhancements to employees in the behavioral health setting.
